​Dr Aravind B R

Dr Aravind B R has a great obsession to be a passionate researcher and practitioner in English Language and Literature. He holds his Undergraduate and Master’s degree in English from Loyola College and St. Joseph’s College of Arts & Science, Tamil Nadu, India.  In his previous role, he taught and served as Head of the Department of English for two consecutive years. In 2016, he embarked to be a full-time researcher in English Language Teaching at Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. His research interest includes vocabulary teaching and learning, web tools for language learning, strategic teaching, vocabulary acquisition, literary theory, and literary criticism.  He keeps his passion actively in writing research articles where he has published a total count that exceeds 32 research articles in Scopus, Web of Science, and international peer-viewed journals. When he’s not writing he indulges in being an active member of many literary and academic bodies. His other talents include being a reviewer in many reputed international peer-viewed journals, also he has authored, co-authored, and edited many books that are published by international publishers. At present, he works as an Assistant Professor for Kalasalingam Academy of Research & Education, Tamilnadu, India.
